Dylan Harvey’s Toby Whittaker teams up with Steven Gerrard

Toby Whittaker of Dylan Harvey partners up with Premier League and England international Steven Gerrard on Liverpool’s biggest ever property development, the Mann Island Project.

Set to transform the Albert Dock vista, Toby Whittaker’s property development company Dylan Harvey are developing the Mann Island Project – a cutting edge apartment development in the heart of Liverpool’s heritage zone.

Toby Whitaker’s Mann Island development by Dylan Harvey promises to regenerate the area, creating a hub between the City Centre, the famous Albert Dock and the iconic Riverside. With the canal routes and river side set to benefit from brunt of the regeneration work to modernise transport links in the area, Dylan Harvey’s Toby Whittaker is said to be thrilled at the prospect of such a major regeneration project.

England and Liverpool ace Steven Gerrard is one of the high profile investors in the Mann Island Project, as he safeguards shrewdly for his future after football. As a local to the area, Gerrard is set to see a transformation of the historical river front and docklands he grew up near.  

Mann Island promises to set new standards for urban living in 21st Century Liverpool, with a Geometrically influenced design, and state of the art construction under way. The European Capital of future looks set for another major landmark as well as another iconic piece of architecture close to the heart of the city.
